Finally, there is the large model of the road. This technology can generate road topology in real time and accurately generate corresponding driving guidance lines based on road conditions. It can judge road conditions in real time just like humans, and can smoothly bypass construction and blocked road sections.
Lei Jun demonstrated real-life scenes of city navigation, automatic car search in parking lots, and automatic parking in mechanical garages. The large road model allows vehicles to smoothly reverse into a mechanical garage with only 0.05m left and right gap.

3. The world’s highest speed motor
This time Xiaomi brought 3 self-developed motors.
The first motors installed on Xiaomi SU7 are "V6" and "V6s".

4. Top battery technology

Battery safety is a topic that everyone is very concerned about, and Xiaomi has also provided its own solution.
Xiaomi can ensure that when the battery is fully charged at 55°C, even if the water cooling system does not work, the battery pack will not produce an open flame and there will be no heat spread. This is due to its heat dissipation and insulation capabilities brought about by its 17 layers of high-voltage insulation protection.
The battery pack has double large-surface water cooling, with an area of 7.8m², four times the industry average, and 165 pieces of aerogel and insulation materials commonly used in space suits are placed on both sides of the battery core, which can withstand temperatures of more than 1,000 degrees. high temperature.
In terms of collision protection, Xiaomi's battery pack provides 3 layers of top support + 3 layers of side seam support + 8 layers of bottom protection, a total of 14 layers of hard-core protection, and successfully passed the IP6K9K sealing test.
At the same time, the safety warning system function of the Vehicle Transport Synergy can detect more than 800 battery cell signals per second; in an emergency, this system can cut off the current within 4 milliseconds to ensure the safety of the passenger compartment.
The biggest highlight of SU7 battery safety is the "cell inversion technology". The pressure relief valve in the battery cell faces the ground. When the battery cell encounters thermal runaway, it will not harm the passengers.
Finally, the battery thermal management of Xiaomi cars has been upgraded to a "dual-mode heat pump" based on the heat pump air conditioner commonly used in the industry.

5. 9100-ton integrated large die-casting technology
In 2020, Tesla used 6,000 tons of large die-casting at the Shanghai Gigafactory and integrated more than 70 parts into one model, driving a new trend in the electric car large-die casting industry.
This time, the clamping force of Xiaomi's die-casting machine reached 9,100 tons. Lei Jun said: "It's just a bit larger than the 9,000 tons that Tesla just launched in the United States."
In order to implement the 9100-ton super large die-casting technology, Xiaomi started from three aspects.
The first is the die-casting island. The entire set of die-casting islands built by Xiaomi weighs 1,050 tons and covers an area of 840m², which is equivalent to two basketball courts.
