In terms of power, VISION-S 02 also extended the dual-motor system of VISION-S 01, with a comprehensive output power of 400 kW.

The internal space is also a highlight of the VISION-S 02, with a length of 4895mm and a wheelbase of 3030mm. It has a four-seater or seven-seater layout, and the rear seats can be completely reclined.

It has been two years since Sony released the VISION-S 01. Sony stated that the establishment of a car company is to mass-produce these two concept cars as soon as possible.

  • The maximum output power of iX xDrive 40 is 240 kW, the peak torque is 630 N·m, the acceleration time to 100 kilometers is 6.1 seconds, and the CLTC cruising range is 455 km;

Chrysler Airflow concept car released

Chrysler also brought us a concept car-Airflow at CES.

In this concept car, Chrysler completely abandoned the existing square appearance and replaced it with a more fashionable and well-proportioned streamlined design, which formed a sharp contrast with its previous products.

Airflow will be built on the STLA Medium mid-size car platform, and Chrysler expects its cruising range to be between 563-643 km. In terms of power, it will achieve four-wheel drive through two 150 kW motors.

The technical composition of Chrysler Airflow is quite lengthy. The new car adopts Stellattis' brand-new STLA Brain electronic/electrical architecture. On top of this, Chrysler has established the STLA SmartCockpit intelligent cockpit, which can individually provide services for each occupant.

Chrysler said that its first electric car will come out in 2025. By 2028, Chrysler will completely transform into an electric car brand.

With sluggish sales, Infiniti can't escape the fate of being "taken into control"

This morning, Dongfeng Motor announced that Dongfeng Infiniti will be incorporated into Dongfeng Nissan's management system as an independent business unit, becoming the third brand of Dongfeng Nissan.

As a second-tier luxury brand, Infiniti's voice in the Chinese market is not high. From January to November 2021, Infiniti's sales in China fell to the lowest level after domestic production-7,691 vehicles.

The reason why Infiniti's sales in China has been sluggish is probably due to the pace of its products. Since the announcement of domestic production in 2014, Dongfeng Infiniti has only launched 3 domestically-produced models, and their performance has not been outstanding among similar products. For the current Infiniti, it may be the best arrangement to be included under the banner of Dongfeng Nissan.

Mobileye Announces Cooperation with Jikrypton and Ford

At the CES show in 2022, Mobileye announced that it would cooperate with multiple car companies and released a series of new products.

Mobileye will jointly launch the world's first consumer self-driving car Consumer AV that supports L4 autonomous driving by 2024. This model will use 5 EyeQ5 chips.

In addition, Mobileye also announced a deepening of cooperation with Ford, adding REM to Ford's BlueCruise system, and providing "hand-off" ADAS solutions in multiple markets and models.

In addition to announcing the cooperation between the two car companies, Mobileye also launched EyeQ Ultra, AV-on-Chip designed for autonomous driving, and two new EyeQ SoCs that support next-generation ADAS: EyeQ6L and EyeQ6H. (New trip)

Mobileye's current situation is not optimistic, it's time to come up with something to show consumers.

Toyota surpasses GM to become the highest-selling car company in the U.S.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Toyota surpassed General Motors for the first time to become the highest-selling automaker in the United States. This change is largely due to the lack of chips that has caused varying degrees of damage to the industry.

The Japanese automaker has been struggling to expand its U.S. business for decades. Toyota Motor said on Tuesday that its total sales in the U.S. in 2021 will be 2.3 million, an increase of about 10% from last year.

On the other hand, General Motors sold 2.2 million vehicles throughout the year, a decline of nearly 13%.

Since surpassing Ford in 1931, GM has been the largest auto seller in the United States.

Qualcomm and many car companies reached chip supply cooperation

At this CES Consumer Electronics Show, Qualcomm stated that it has reached an agreement with Volvo and Polestar to use Qualcomm's "Snapdragon cockpit" (Snapdragon cockpit) chip in the brand's cars this year.

In addition, Honda will also use Qualcomm's "Snapdragon Cockpit" chips in 2023. Renault has also agreed to use its automotive technology, but did not disclose which chips are used and when vehicles using these chips will be on the road.

Qualcomm also said that the company has developed a new computer vision chip and system that can use cameras and artificial intelligence in cars to help implement safety features such as automatic lane control.

Qualcomm is known for its mobile phone chips, and has now developed a series of automotive products.

The new traffic regulations will come into effect on April 1, and no points will be deducted for 20% speeding

A few days ago, the Ministry of Public Security stated at a press conference that the revised "Measures for the Management of Points for Road Traffic Safety Violations" was reviewed and passed and will be implemented on April 1, 2022.

The revised new traffic regulations have once again relaxed the speeding behavior, whether it is high-speed, fast or ordinary road sections, vehicles that exceed 20% of the speed will not be penalized.

Same as the existing traffic regulations, 6 points will still be deducted for speeding 20%-50% on highways and expressways, and 12 points will be deducted for speeding above 50%. On ordinary roads, the new traffic rules lower the deduction standard, and exceed the speed by 20%. -50% will deduct 3 points, and over 50% will deduct 6 points.

In addition, driving a motor vehicle that does not match the permitted driving model is reduced from 12 points to 9 points; violating prohibition signs and prohibition marking instructions are reduced from 3 points to 1 point; driving a motor vehicle that hinders safety by making and answering hand-held phones Driving behavior increased from 2 points to 3 points. I still hope that penalties can be imposed on those vehicles that drive fast in the fast lane.

Hyundai develops future hoverboard to complete the last mile

According to CARBUZZ, Hyundai intends to stuff a balance car into the back of their vehicle.

A patent document published last week showed two balance cars hidden in the rear enclosure of motor vehicles, where they can be docked and charged when they are not in use.

Hyundai also stated in the patent description that users can respond to different usage scenarios by using different electric balance cars, and they can also control the movement of the balance cars through the remote control.

Obviously, Hyundai wants to use this method to solve the "last mile" problem.

FIA: 2022 F1 cars will become more difficult to drive

FIA FIA single-seater technical affairs director Nicholas Tombas recently stated that 2022 F1 cars will become more difficult to drive.

The new rules restrict the team's research and development of key aerodynamic areas such as the front wing and windbreaker. "In the past, the team could use these areas to control the airflow." Nicholas said.

He believes that starting this year, the driver’s driving skills will become more important:

The car can become unpredictable, but this is a good thing.

Mercedes-Benz CEO retired, but drove into BMW?

In May 2019, Mercedes-Benz CEO Dieter Zetsche officially stepped down. During his tenure, he successfully allowed Mercedes-Benz to regain the global luxury car sales champion.

As a competing teammate, BMW launched a constant promotional advertisement when it resigned, to pay tribute to this outstanding employee who has worked for Daimler for 42 years.

In the advertisement, Zetsche, who is played by an actor, left the headquarters in a Mercedes S-Class. After returning home, he drove a BMW i8 out of the garage.

Today's topic: Are you optimistic about Cyrus?

According to a report from Tencent Auto, a number of Ceres SF5 owners recently stated that the Huawei Smart Selection SF5 is no longer available for reservation or has been discontinued.

Cyrus stores have been changed to the AITO brand, and the Huawei Smart Selection SF5 has also been suspended, and the show cars are sold offline. How does this make the old car owners feel? This is a disguised discontinuation of production.

Jiang Tao, the first batch of owners of Huawei Smart Selection SF5, said that after less than two months of picking up the car, now "even the brand is gone."

As the incident continues to ferment, Cyrus officially issued a statement today stating that it will build a new factory to expand production capacity, and will continue to provide more new products including SF5 and Wenjie M5. At present, SF5 can also be used. Book through the official website.

However, will anyone still order it now?

I don't know what you think about the "discontinuation of production" of Cyrus. Are you optimistic about the combination of Huawei and Cyrus?
